• No access to phones or visits for first 21 days
• Compulsory attendance at meetings and groups
• Zero tolerance for aggressive behaviours
• No physical relationship or intimacy with other residents
• During your stay of 22-90 days – three phone calls per week (incoming or outgoing) on landline. Duration of 10 minutes.
• During your stay of 91-150 days – seven landline calls per week (one per day) incoming or outgoing.
• During your stay of 150-180 days – client may access their mobile for one hour each evening. Phone to be used in bedrooms, not common areas
• Food or Drinks (Small snacks are okay)
