Jaden is the owner of Statim a progressive Health Services provider in Toowoomba and brings a unique mix of health, finance and business skills to the Board.  Prior to establishing Statim, Jaden spent eight years as the General Manager for Wise Therapy and the Managing Director of Livewell Australia.

Jaden grew these businesses considerably, attracted interest from an equity group and subsequently sold the business in 2017.  He spent more than a decade in the commercial banking sector.  Jaden holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics, a Masters of Business Administration and is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders.

Jess is the owner of JG Audit & Assurance Pty Ltd, a firm specialising in external audit. Prior to establishing her business in 2020, Jess was the audit partner for a large mid tier accounting firm based in Toowoomba. Throughout Jess’s 15 year plus carer Jess has audited a number of for and not for profit organisations predominately in the health, rural and construction industries. She uses this experience to bring guidance on financial statements and financial internal controls to the board. 

Jess is a Registered Company Auditor, a Chartered Accountant, a Registered SMSF auditor and holds a Bachelor of Commerce. 

Danny is a Director of Clifford Gouldson Lawyers, practicing in the area of Employment and Workplace law. With extensive experience in this area of law, many of the region’s largest enterprises seek Danny’s advice for both strategic direction and guidance to manage day-to-day workplace challenges.

Danny and his team provide solutions across the full spectrum of workplace issues including employee management, discrimination, health & safety, agreements & awards, policy implementation and training.

Outside of work, Danny spends time mountain biking and surfing. He is also a Board member for South West Queensland Thunder football club.
